This routine is to help you increase your cardiovascular/muscular endurance. In this routine, we will be 10 different exercises that not only tone your muscles, but will help you increase your heart rate to increase your stamina and endurance on and off the golf course.
These exercises are meant to be done in succession: follow one after the other with little to no rest in-between each exercise. Do each exercise for 8 to 10 repetitions or for 20 seconds.
Always begin with the Cardiogolf pre-round warmup routine before doing these or any of the exercise routines.
Work at your own pace. Depending on your fitness level, you can repeat this routine up to three times.
