CardioGolf can help you build muscular and cardiovascular endurance to help you increase your stamina and energy. Although the moves in this routine are not like the moves in a golf swing, the motions you are doing are similar to the motions needed in a golf swing. For example, it is important to be able to twist your upper and lower body independently, like you’ll do in the lunge and twist exercise in this routine. Also, you will be doing exercises that require you to move in one direction, then quickly stop, turn and move in the opposite direction, just like in the golf swing: you turn on your backswing, then get to the top, stop quickly and then change directions for the downswing. It is important to practice moves that make you twist, stop and change directions to help you do it more efficiently in your golf swing.
Always begin with the Cardiogolf pre-round warm-up routine before doing this or any of the exercise routines. Finish your workout with a few stretches from the flexibility routines.
