CardioGolf Shortee Club
CardioGolf™ is a unique fitness program designed to jump-start your golf game. With effective combinations of swing drills and golf-specific exercises, CardioGolf™ accommodates golfers of all skills and fitness levels. The only requirement is a small, 4 x 4 sq. ft space to do the golf swing exercises.
Every CardioGolf™ exercise is based on fundamental golf positions and sequences of motion achieved by every good golfer. Using the CardioGolf™ Shortee Club and CardioGolf Slope you’ll learn exercises to promote better flexibility, posture and balance throughout the golf swing. (All exercises and swing drills can be modified if no equipment is available.)
