This collection includes workouts that are specifically for your golf swing technique. These workouts designed by CardioGolf™ Creator Karen Palacios-Jansen are unique to the CardioGolf™ Program. Karen will take you through a battery of exercises designed to improve your body movement and swing technique. Consistently, repeating golf swing exercises without hitting a ball can accelerate your improvement on the golf course.
