Do each exercise for 30 seconds with 1 minute rest between sets.
Repeat 4x
1. Push-up Salutes
2. Squats - elbow to opposite knee
3. Twist lunge with arms overhead ( holding jump rope)
4. Jump rope knee highs
1. Med Ball Squats-25 reps x 4 sets
2. Front and Side Drops-25 reps x 4 sets
3. Punch Outs-30 reps reps each side x 2 sets
4. Single Leg Reach-12 reps each leg x 2 sets
