Simply doing a 10-minute power step interval workout can help you increase your endurance, coordination and strength on and off the golf course. This CardioGolf 10-minute Power Step Workout is a mixture of moderate paced to fast paced stepping to increase your heart rate.
You can repeat the workout up to three times depending on your fitness level.
