Modified if no equipment is available.
In today’s CardioGolf® workout, we’ll focus on building endurance through low-impact exercises that are easy on your joints but highly effective for improving your stamina on the course. We’ll be using the CardioGolf® Fit Slope to help engage your core and elevate your movements for a total body workout. However, if you don’t have access to the Fit Slope, no worries—this workout can be done without any equipment.
Endurance is essential for golfers because maintaining energy throughout an entire round is key to staying mentally sharp and physically strong, especially as you approach the final holes. Developing cardiovascular endurance helps you prevent fatigue, maintain focus, and make better swings all the way to the 18th hole.
Research supports the importance of cardio for overall health. For example, a study published in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology found that regular cardiovascular exercise reduces the risk of heart disease, lowers blood pressure, and improves lung function, all of which are crucial for staying fit and focused during a round of golf.
Today’s workout is designed to increase your endurance, build core strength, and improve your overall stamina, so you can feel strong from your first tee shot to your final putt. Let’s get started!
