There are 11 different exercises in the training guide. The key to using the SQUEASY Ball is in the “squeezing”.

Whether you are doing hand and finger exercises or upper body exercises, be sure to press/squeeze and hold the SQUEASY Ball in an isometric or static position. You will be amazed at how effective the isometric aspect of the exercise is.
