CardioGolf® Online Studio – Post-Round Stretch Routine-
You spend time warming up before you play—don't forget to take a few minutes to recover afterward.
This post-round stretch routine only takes a few minutes, but it can make a big difference in how your body feels later that day and the next morning. After 18 holes, your muscles have worked hard through hundreds of swings and thousands of steps. Stretching helps reduce stiffness, improve mobility, and speed recovery so you're ready for your next round.
In this routine, we'll use the CardioGolf® Fit Wedge to position your feet and create gentle resistance, allowing you to stretch a little deeper while improving balance and alignment.
We'll focus on the muscles golfers use the most with these key stretches:
Calf Stretch
J-Curl
Standing Rotation
Side Lunge with Twist
Hip Flexor Stretch
Chest Stretch
Upper Back Stretch
A few minutes now can help you move better tomorrow.
Train the movement. Recover the body. Play better.
