Cardiogolf tm is a golf-specific fitness routine that uses golf clubs as well as small hand weights to develop strength and endurance. The carefully designed routine teaches people the basic motions of a full golf swing. Cardiogolf tm is a fun, fast moving routine that is set to music. All exercises use moves taken from the golf swing. Players will do a series of choreographed moves that are designed to stretch and strengthen the body along with improving the player's golf swing technique.
Hosted and designed by 2009 LPGA Teaching Professional of the Year and AFAA Certified Personal Trainer Karen Palacios-Jansen who has been consistently voted as one of America's "Top Golf Instructors." Cardiogolf tm Workout is a unique golf-fitness program that blends golf specific exercises with aerobics, strength and flexibility exercises for better golf and overall health. Karen who is the Managing Editor for Golf Fitness Magazine and is a frequent instructor on the Golf Channel uses her 17 years of experience in the golf and fitness industries to teach people how to improve their golf swings as they improve their strength, endurance and flexibility in a fun and easy to follow routine.
