Welcome to the CardioGolf® Outdoor Audio Collection.
In this routine, we’ll warm up your golf muscles while practicing one of the most important fundamentals in the golf swing—maintaining your spine angle.
You’ll learn how to hinge correctly from your hips, rotate while staying in your posture, and allow your trail hip and lead hip to move back as you swing. These movements can help improve your balance, consistency, and ball striking.
All you need is a golf club and a little room to move. Work at your own pace, listen to the cues, and focus on making smooth, controlled movements.
Let’s warm up, find our posture, and train the movement so you can trust it in your swing.
CardioGolf® Maintain Your Spine Angle is an audio-guided outdoor routine designed to warm up your body while helping you develop better golf posture.
Through hip-hinge exercises, rotations, weight shifts, and swing rehearsals, you’ll practice keeping your hips back and maintaining your forward bend throughout the motion. You’ll learn to keep your trail hip back during the backswing, shift toward the target, and move your lead hip back as you swing through.
Use this routine at the driving range, on the golf course, in your backyard, or anywhere you have room to move.
Move Better. Swing Better. Play Better.®
