CardioGolf® Slope Tutorial
The CardioGolf® ‘Slope’ is to help golfers practice uphill and downhill lies, but it is also a great tool for exercise. You can do a variety of traditional low-impact exercises as well as strength, balance, core and even upper body exercises.
If you have ever had an uphill lie on the golf course, you probably have discovered that they are easier to hit shots off of than hitting shots off of a plain flat lie. This is because the uphill lie helps you shift your weight into your back hip at the top of your swing.
Here are three drills to do on The CardioGolf® Fit Slope that simuulate a uphill lie to help you improve your golf swing. If you don't have a CardioGolf® Fit Slope, find a uphill on your golf course to help you improve your swing mechanics.
1. Tilted Drill
2. Gravity Takeway Drill
3. Body Impact Drill
