What is Clubhead Speed?
Clubhead Speed is how fast you are moving the head of the golf club just before impact. It is most commonly measured when players are using their driver. The speed of the clubhead determines how far you are able to hit the golf ball.
If you want more distance you need to swing the club faster. If you want to swing the club faster you need to practice swinging faster to train your muscles.
Here is a workout to introduce you to swing drills that can help you swing the club faster for more power.
