Equipment needed: Rope, RMT club and Shortee Club (modify if you do not have these items).
1. Rub the lats to warm the body
2. Underhand Figure 8 rope swings
3. Shoulder Circles with RMT club.
4. Golf one arm swing both sides with RMT club.
5. Golf swing shoulder to shoulder work RMT club.
6. Half squat/hip hinge.
7. Work on grip, set-up and alignment
