This CardioGolf video is more a tutorial to help you understand how the human body moves in the golf swing.
You need to have an understanding of how all your muscles and joints move in different planes of motion and in their full range in order to sequence the swing and move more effective. Your body needs to move in all planes of motions including the frontal, sagittal and transverse planes. Your joint and muscles need to move through their entire range without pain.
The first part of improving your swing movement is to understand the biomechanics of how your joints and muscles move in different planes of motion. As you take yourself through the different mechanical motions of your joints and muscles, you can find out if you have any issues that need to be addressed and that will help you build your golf fitness program. If any muscles or joints are tight, injured or compromised in anyway, you will want to seek help from a fitness or health professional to restore balance to those issues.
In this video I go through many of the mechanical motions that happen in major muscles and joints that are used in the golf swing. There are hundreds of muscles and joints body, so it’s impossible to go through each individual action in a short video, but I present the major ones that can affect your golf swing.
