In this workout, Olympic Gold Medalist speed skater Dan Jansen, uses the CardioGolf™ Slope and GolfGym® PowerBall to demonstrate core and cardio exercises.
“Firstly, this workout will help you enhance your core strength, as well as your balance. Secondly, these exercises will boost your proprioception which connects the body motion you are doing with the brain,” says 8-time World Record Holder speed Skater Dan Jansen. ‘These exercises will help improve your cardio/endurance and core strength."
Translation-you will increase your strength, endurance and prevent injury.
“I recommend doing exercises on the CardioGolf™ Slope because the curvature or the Slope is more challenging to your core and balance than just doing the exercises on a flat surface. I love the GolfGym® PowerBall because the handles make it easier to do the exercises with resistance.” says Jansen.

Squat with Reach
Plank Walk Overs
Lateral Steps with Twist
Squat and Snatch
Repeat Circuit 2 to 3 times.
