This CardioGolf® "Groove Your Swing" workout is designed to help you build better muscle memory, master alignment, and refine every part of your swing—from takeaway to follow-through. Using slow, intentional drills and speed-focused moves, you'll train your body to swing with purpose, precision, and power.
💚 Workout Focus:
✔️ Improve club path and face control
✔️ Enhance swing sequence and timing
✔️ Build strength and coordination in both arms
✔️ Groove proper impact position
✔️ Increase clubhead speed safely
🔁 What You'll Do:
Alignment Drill – Learn to swing directly down your target line using visual cues and foot/shoulder alignment.
Wrist Twirls – Develop proper wrist hinge and release to square the clubface through impact.
Single Arm Swings – Train trail and lead arms independently to isolate movement patterns and increase control.
Takeaway Drill – Focus on low, wide, and connected takeaway to start your backswing correctly.
Backswing Position Hold – Pause at the top to feel balance, width, and loaded coil.
Downswing Checkpoint – Train proper sequencing and keep the club on plane.
Stop at Impact – Groove a square clubface and solid impact position with body and hand alignment.
Full Follow Through – Finish strong, with weight shift to lead side and balanced extension.
Speed Swings – Add 5–10 reps of dynamic, faster-paced swings to train your nervous system for power and speed.
🛠 Use the CardioGolf® Shortee Club, Fit Wedge, or resistance tools to get real-time feedback and better simulate your swing without needing a full range.
⏱ Duration: 10–20 minutes — perfect as a warm-up, skill session, or daily routine.
