The CardioGolf® Fit Wedge Routine is your all-in-one system to warm up your body, train your golf swing, and build golf-specific fitness—all in one simple, effective session.
This isn’t just about hitting balls… it’s about training your body to move better so your swing becomes more natural, powerful, and consistent.
As I always say: your body is the engine of your golf swing. And the Fit Wedge helps you connect that engine to your swing—from the ground up.
🔥 1. Warm-Up: Prepare Your Body to Move
We start by waking up the body and improving mobility where golfers need it most.
Using the Fit Wedge, you’ll:
Improve calf and ankle mobility (critical for balance and ground force)
Add rotation through your hips and thoracic spine
Increase shoulder rotation and flexibility
Perform squat and reach for full-body activation
Train split lunge with rotation to connect lower body → upper body
👉 This phase gets your body ready to turn, shift, and stabilize—so you can swing freely without restriction.
🏌️♀️ 2. Swing Technique: Train the Motion
Now we groove the golf swing using the Fit Wedge as a guide and feedback tool.
You’ll work on:
Full turn and loading into the trail side
Wide takeaway for better structure
“Shake hands” position for clubface control
Top of the swing awareness
Step into impact to train proper sequence
Head steady for centered contact
Alignment and aim using the wedge as rails
Swinging on plane
And one of the biggest advantages:
👉 Golf course simulation
Uphill lies
Downhill lies
Ball below your feet
Ball above your feet
Because let’s face it…
The range is flat. The golf course is not.
💪 3. Fitness: Build a Better Golf Body
Now we take those movements and turn them into strength, coordination, and stability training.
With the Fit Wedge, you’ll perform:
Side lunges for lateral strength
Lateral hip slides for weight shift
Follow-through lateral motion for balance and finish
Squat and reach for total-body strength
Lunge and reach for mobility + power
Lunge with rotation to connect the swing chain
👉 This is where you build the athletic foundation that supports a repeatable swing.
💚 Why This Routine Works
Trains mobility + technique + fitness together
Builds coordination and sequencing
Improves balance, rotation, and contact
Helps you feel the swing, not just think about it
It’s not instruction… it’s development.
⛳️ Get Started
You can do this routine in just a few minutes a day—and those small, consistent movements lead to big improvements.
