2. Torso Rotators: Loosen your midsection to enhance rotational range of motion for a fluid swing.
3. Forward Lunge: Warm up the lower body and increase hip flexibility for stability and balance.
4. Side Lunge: Activate your inner thighs and lateral hip muscles for improved side-to-side movement.
5. Side Lunge Hold: Deepen your stretch and engage stabilizing muscles.
