CardioGolf® Upper Body Focus: Chest & Triceps
This CardioGolf® workout targets your chest and triceps—two powerhouse muscle groups that play a vital role in building strength and speed in your golf swing.
Your chest muscles (pectorals) help control the pushing motion in your swing, especially through impact and into your follow-through. Strong pecs support better posture at address and help generate rotational force when paired with core and lower body activation.
Your triceps, located on the back of your arms, are crucial for extending your arms through the ball and maintaining control and width in your swing arc. Strengthening the triceps can also help reduce the risk of injury to the elbows and shoulders—common hotspots for golfers.
This upper body routine uses resistance bands and bodyweight exercises to:
✅ Improve swing stability
✅ Increase clubhead speed
✅ Build muscular endurance
✅ Enhance power through impact
✅ Support better posture and arm extension
All exercises are golf-specific and designed to help you move better, swing stronger, and feel more confident on the course.
