Your training will consist of specific skills each day based on movements that you do in the golf swing.  By practicing these moves away the course, without hitting a ball, the movements will become ingrained in your body so that when you do go play or practice your swing will feel natural and comfortable.

Since you are not hitting balls, there is no judgment of ball flight so you can work on your swing technique without getting frustrated.
