In today's Daily Groove, you'll learn how to let your weight shift flow naturally from your trail side to your lead side—one of the keys to creating a smooth, powerful golf swing.
We'll use the CardioGolf® Fit Slope and Wedge to simulate an uphill and downhill lie, helping you feel how your body should load and unload during the swing.
Don't have a Fit Slope or Wedge? No problem! You can do this exercise right on the floor and still learn the movement. The goal is to develop a natural weight shift and better sequencing—not perfect mechanics.
Practice this drill for just a few minutes each day, and you'll build a more athletic, balanced, and effortless golf swing.
