After a golf round, complete a light stretch routine to cool down the body. Stretching is just as important in a workout regimen because stretching helps your body move through its full range of motion. Stretching helps to prevent injury as well. The more flexible you are the less likely you are to get injured. Complete this cool down routine to keep your muscles loose and cool down the body after a round of golf.
