This is how we use the PowerSwing Trainer—a stretch band designed specifically for golfers. It's much more than a strength tool. It helps you feel how your body is connected from the ground up through the same movement patterns you use in your golf swing.
During the backswing, your body loads a diagonal sling of muscles and fascia that runs from your feet through your hips, core, shoulders, and into your arms. Think of it like stretching a rubber band. As you begin the downswing, that sling naturally unwinds, transferring energy from the ground through your body and into the club.
In today's workout, the PowerSwing Trainer helps you exaggerate that feeling. The resistance allows you to stretch, strengthen, and coordinate these diagonal movement patterns while improving your mobility, stability, balance, and sequencing.
Don't have a PowerSwing Trainer? No problem. You can perform these same exercises with your own resistance bands attached securely to a door or another stable anchor.
Remember, this isn't just golf practice. At CardioGolf®, we train the movement system that creates the golf swing. When your body moves better, your swing becomes more athletic, more efficient, and more powerful.
Let's get started and train your body to move the way it was designed to move.
Train the movement. Swing with confidence.
