This quick workout is designed to build the strength, stability, and movement patterns you need for a better golf swing.
We'll use the CardioGolf® Fit Wedge and Power Ball to help improve your balance, weight shift, core rotation, and sequencing. Don't have the equipment? No problem! I'll show you how to modify each exercise so you can still get a great workout.
In just 10 minutes, we'll work through:
Step and Tap
Side-to-Side Squats
Squats
Split Squats
Forward Lunges
Core Rotators
Box Push-Ups (or Knee Push-Ups)
Plank Hold
Kneeling Chops
Weight Shift Drills
Practice Swings
Remember, you don't need a long workout to make progress. A few focused minutes each day can improve your mobility, strengthen your core, and help you move more efficiently on the golf course.
Let's get started! 💪🏌️♀️
