Welcome to the CardioGolf® Groove Your Swing Flow & Square Clubface Session.
In this session, we focus on two essentials that make the golf swing feel easier and more consistent: a square clubface and a smooth, flowing motion. Instead of overthinking mechanics, you’ll use simple CardioGolf® exercises to help your body learn the correct positions naturally.
This workout blends movement, rhythm, and awareness so your swing can flow freely while the clubface stays square through impact. The goal isn’t to force positions—it’s to feel better timing, better control, and better connection between your body and the club.
You’ll build confidence in your swing motion, improve clubface awareness, and create habits that transfer directly to the course—all from the convenience of your own home.
Equipment Needed

A regular golf club
No equipment? No problem.
All exercises can be modified using slow-motion swings, arm-only movements, or a towel or alignment stick to reinforce the same flow and clubface concepts.
