Here are the benefits of the "single leg balance knee opener" and how it relates to golf. Firstly, golfers can benfit from this exercise because it challenges balance while building strength. Secondly, the exercise helps improve hip mobility. There are, however, benefits outside the golf swing. For example more hip stability and functional movement patterns that are needed for everyday life. Lastly, the lateral motion in this exercise pattern is what happens in the golf swing, so the golfer is practicing the motion they do in the golf siwng.
