13-min Increase Rotation Routine

Sometimes the simplest tools are the most powerful. All you need for this CardioGolf® routine is a wall and your body.
The wall provides immediate feedback to help you warm up your body, improve posture, and increase torso rotation — one of the most important elements in the golf swing. Rotation in the thoracic spine (mid-back) allows you to create a fuller turn, store energy, and swing more efficiently without stressing your lower back.
This routine gently opens up the shoulders, chest, spine, and hips while teaching your body how to rotate in a controlled way. By using the wall as a guide, you can keep your posture stable and avoid excessive swaying while you turn.
Benefits of the Wall Rotation Routine
✔ Improves torso rotation for a fuller backswing
✔ Activates core muscles used in the golf swing
✔ Helps maintain posture during rotation
✔ Warms up the shoulders and thoracic spine
✔ Reduces tension in the back and hips
How It Helps Your Golf Swing
Powerful golfers create speed by coiling the upper body against a stable lower body. Practicing rotation against the wall helps you feel that separation between your upper and lower body — a key element of efficient swing mechanics.
You can use this routine as:
A daily mobility exercise
A pre-round warm-up
A quick practice break during the day
Just a few minutes of wall rotations can help you move better, swing freer, and rotate with more control.
Simple. Effective. CardioGolf®. 💚
