In this session, we stack one exercise after another with no rest in between, keeping your heart rate up while building strength, flexibility, and endurance—all essential for a powerful, efficient golf swing.
Each circuit includes a series of golf-specific exercises designed to improve mobility, balance, and core stability. Perform up to three circuits depending on your fitness level, and challenge yourself to stay consistent with your movement.
Exercises in this Circuit:
Lunge with Row – Strengthens the legs and back while improving posture and coordination for a more stable golf stance.
