The core is one of the powerhouses in your golf swing. We want to make sure we keep it as strong as we can. The core is the direct link between the upper body and lower body. Not only does the core help with power and distance, a strong core will help you keep your golf posture during the whole swing (especially at impact). This core workout is my favorite workout to target the ab muscles! I love this workout (especially if I only have 5 minutes to workout the core). You’ll need a yoga mat or a comfy surface and light to medium weights. Join me in my favorite core workout!
