Warming up before you go play is important so we don't injury our body. A Warm Up helps us perform the best we can. We don't want to make a 10 on the first hole just because our muscles are stiff preventing us from having a full turn and freely flowing swing. Incorporate these moves into your daily routine in the off season to get in the routine of going through a warm up. When we get to play golf outside again, they will already be apart of our daily habits. Let's get ready to go play together!
