Exciting news from the More Pars Camp! CardioGolf® Creator Karen Palacios-Jansen recently teamed up with Christina Ricci, founder of More Pars, for an incredible collaboration.
At the event, Karen demonstrated pre-round warm-up exercises and signature CardioGolf® drills live. Participants had the chance to:

Build confidence and consistency in their swings
This collaboration brought together two leading voices in women’s golf instruction—uniting fitness, fundamentals, and fun. Golfers walked away energized, inspired, and equipped with practical drills to use on and off the course.
