Day 3-The CardioGolf® 5-Day Program for Beginner Golfers

Reasons to keep your head centered in the golf swing-
Ideally in the golf swing, you want your head to stay centered over the ball.
Firstly, any raising, lunging, swaying or excessive head movement may cause swing faults and compensations.
Secondly, moving your head excessively will prevent you from shifting your weight correctly.
Thirdly, keeping your head level will help your shoulder rotate around the spine more efficiently.
Your head doesn’t need to stay completely still, but for better contact with the ball, you will want to stay centered and level.
A centered swing turns around a steady head.
