1-minute Inner Thigh Stretch on Floor

It is important to be able to take all your muscles and joints through their full range of motion for a fluid golf swing. This stretch targets the inner thighs.
Sit on the floor with the bottom of your feet touching.
Sitting tall, let gravity drop your knees to the ground to feel a stretch in your inner thighs.
Hold positions for 8 to 10 counts.
For more of a stretch, you can gently push your knees to the ground.
