10-min Swing and Length Routine
Pre-Round Warm Up Routines
•
10m
This 10-minute Swing & Length Routine is designed to help you loosen up, create more freedom in your body, and get your whole body moving for your golf swing.
I’m using some of my CardioGolf® equipment throughout the routine, but you can easily modify the movements or perform them without equipment.
We’ll move through frontal and lateral arm swings, balance exercises, weight-shift movements, and practice swings to help improve mobility, coordination, balance, and rhythm.
The goal is simple: create length and freedom in your movement so you can create length and flow in your golf swing.
Simply follow along, move at your own pace, and get ready to Move Better. Swing Better. Play Better.®
