Founded by LPGA Master Professional and NASM Certified Personal Trainer Karen Palacios-Jansen, CardioGolf® is a golf-specific fitness program designed to help golfers of all levels improve their swing, strength, and overall performance. Since launching the Online Studio in 2019, CardioGolf® has delivered hundreds of innovative workouts combining golf instruction with functional fitness, helping players move better, swing better, and play better.

As a pioneer in golf fitness, GolfGym® (GolfGym.com) has been leading the industry since 1987. Recognized for its commitment to creating high-quality, effective training tools, GolfGym® partnered with Karen Palacios-Jansen to develop new products and produce instructional content for golfers. Together, CardioGolf® and GolfGym® promote a shared mission: empowering golfers through fitness, education, and purposeful movement.
